will put the Health Certification for your dog/puppy/cat/kitten on their Registration Certificate
for free. Call and ask Universal for a free application that you can
bring to your Veterinarian to get the health of your dogs or puppies certified by your
Veterinarian. Then Universal will put the various health certifications on their new
certificate of registration. For dogs already registered you must send the original
certificate with the Veterinarian Health Certifications and Universal will issue you a new
Certificate of Registration with whichever Health Certifications your Veterinarian has
done. For puppies you must send the registration application with the Veterinarian Health Certifications and Universal will issue your Certificate of Registration with whichever Health Certifications your Veterinarian examined your dog for. Questions call 914/624-5555?
