Coat: Tasy- Short and silky, with fringing on tail and ears, Taigan- Long, thick and double, sometimes wavy; heavy feathering on tail, ears, thighs, shoulder and front legs.
Color: Tasy- Tan, gray or black/tan; usually as spots with white, Taigan- Solids in black, gray, fawn, or white; can have white markings.
Type/Names: Tasy- Mid-Asiatic Borzoi, Taigan- Kirghiz Borzoi, Tajgan.
